WEQX featured five students from Manchester Elementary Middle School (MEMS), along with Principal Harrison Shulman and English Language Arts BRSU Chair and MEMS teacher Jessica Kuzmich on last weekend’s Sunday Brunch with Joy. During the animated conversation, the crew from MEMS unveiled the school’s plans for its March celebration of National Reading Month.
The festivities include an All-School read of the book Wishtree by Katherine Applegate and a community celebration of reading at a Family Literacy Dinner at MEMS on Thursday, March 27th — and much, much more. To hear the interview, just click here for the Sunday Brunch with Joy link from WEQX.
